1. Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Charges
- If you choose to return a product, you will be required to pay a return shipping charge of ₹200.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
We advise customers to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Return the existing item following our return policy.
- Place a new order separately for the desired item.
Once your return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.
5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
The returned item must be:
- Unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If Approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
